monkey as well so it's not all Disney.





















I got Jenni to agree to a Pooh mobil.
It even plays the theme song. It's
not my fault she's begining to see
the light...and that light would be a
Pooh nightlight (not pictured).




















I believe people will say that I influence Jenni
too much when it comes to Disney. I say to
those people, "Stop talking. You're nosey and
you smell funny too."















We went with the Lady bug bedding set. Yeah,
I know, we should've went with the Winnie the
Pooh set, but we do need a variety, spice of life
and all that sort of thing, and the Lady Bugs are
kinda cute too.

The Next Phase of Peanut's Room

Happy 4th of July to everyone!!! We were able to go to the beach for the holiday and so far it has been peaceful and glorious. I hope the Utah crew is not melting completely cuz you got it hot over there. Thanks to My Brother and Richard, we were able to make some progress on the baby's room last weekend. While they were putting together the crib and the changing table Jenni and I put up the Chair Rail around the room. We still have to hide the finishing nails with putty, and touch up the paint, but it is up and in my humble opinion, it looks gooooood. Our next phase is to get the mattress, changing table pad, and bookshelf. Then we will decorate with subtle Winnie the Pooh items and anything else Jenni wants to do. After that is accomplished the room will be complete!!! muuhaahaawaahaawaa!!!

The Last Ultra's of the Peanut

These will be the last pictures in-utero. The visit was a fun one. The technician remembered us from the last visit and was very pleasant. I took the opportunity to ask if we could get some pictures and she set us up with some very awesome 3-D shots. As she was taking the pictures we noticed that the umbilical cord was on one side of peanut's face and her hand was on the other. As the technician was changing her view to get a better shot we discovered that in fact the appendage in question was not her hand but her foot. As we realized this it was peanut's time to shine. The foot went from in front of the face to into the mouth at which time the technician got a perfect picture (the non 3-D shot) and labeled it toe in mouth...so now the only question is this; do we have to extend her nickname to toe suckin peanut? Only time will tell.

Memorial Day In Central Oregon

We spent memorial day in Central Oregon at Jenni's Aunt Loretta and Uncle Whit's ranch. Every year Loretta invites everyone she knows to come to her ranch for burgers and dogs, to see all her new baby lambs and take a walk to visit the Pioneer cemetery located on their property. Unfortunately this year...the 1st time in 10 years thunderstorms rolled through just as everyone was getting ready to head off to the Pioneer cemetery. But Loretta...ever the trooper...had the kids in the kitchen making visors and bracelets and still managed to get everyone fed!!!! It was a great visit and well worth the long drive (they live about 2 1/2 hours away from us).

It''s a twister...it's a twister. I'm scared Jenni but I've got the candy bowl and I'm not afraid to use it!!!!

Doctor's visit on Monday

Hello all. So Jenni and I went to the doctor for a check up. Everything is great and the heartbeat sounds strong and steady. The doctor says that Jenni has gained considerable weight, but as we all know Jenni I can't find it. Doc said a pound a week for the rest of the pregnancy would be advisable. They then put me on the scale and apparently it was a competition to see who can gain the most weight and I'm winning. As a side note after I got off the scale it wouldn't work for the next person and as we were leaving the office I heard one of the nurses calling maintenance asking for them to come and fix the scale...again I think that means I win.

I also asked the nurse about what Jenni could do if she got a cold again. I had to ask because I've already been accused by many (and you know who you are) of giving her a cold due to my constant contact with 20 kindergarten Petri dishes. Of course she did fly on a plane to Minnesota and has had pressure and stress of doing her yearly coffee show, but everyone’s convinced it was my powers alone that has sickened my love. Anyway, I'm sounding more pathetic right now instead of sympathetic, you can take Robitussin, or Sudafed, or Tylenol if you are pregnant so at least there was some useful information from all of that.

We didn't get any ultrasounds on this trip but we have our previous ultrasounds to put on this site so they will be coming soon. We will also put the "Jenni getting bigger" pictures on the site too. Take care all.

So here is my attempt to make a supper neat blog site. I was forced into this by Paulette's ramblings and as always my ever vigilant mother in law Sandy. I'm glad to get the push because this looks like a fun way to communicate to everyone out there.
